Every page that tells you what Molly-Mae Hague is worth is guessing. One says £6 million, another says $12 to $15 million, a third folds in Tommy Fury’s boxing money and calls it £9 million. None of them opened the one source that is not a guess at all.
Molly-Mae runs three registered companies, and two of them file accounts at Companies House that anyone can read. We read all of them this week. Here is what they say, line by line.

Who Is Molly-Mae Hague?
Molly-Mae Hague was born on 26 May 1999 in Stevenage and raised in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, the daughter of two police officers. She won Miss Teen Hertfordshire in 2015 and World Teen Supermodel UK in 2016, which is the unglamorous apprenticeship behind the influencer career. She is 27. What makes her unusual among reality television alumni is not the fame, which fades quickly for most of them, but the fact that she built a corporate structure around it within weeks and has filed accounts every year since.
Love Island 2019: Four Days That Changed The Maths
She entered the series 5 villa on day four and left as runner-up alongside Tommy Fury. Her Instagram following reportedly grew from around 160,000 to close to three million while she was inside. That is the entire commercial event: a reality show converted an unknown 20-year-old into an audience of three million people who could be sold to. Our guide to UK reality show contestants covers how rarely that conversion actually lasts.
The PrettyLittleThing Years
The first big money was a brand ambassador deal with PrettyLittleThing, widely reported at £500,000. In August 2021 the company promoted her to creative director, a genuine executive title rather than a posting arrangement, and she held it until June 2023, when she stepped down after the birth of her daughter. That two-year stint is the bridge between being an influencer who is paid to post and being an operator who is paid to make decisions, and the accounts below show exactly when it started paying.
MMH Group Holdings: The Company Behind The Name
On 6 August 2019, within weeks of the Love Island final, MMH Group Holdings Ltd was incorporated, company number 12142378. It is registered at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, classified under SIC code 73120, media representation services, and it is active. Molly-Mae has been its sole director since day one. The register also names her as the person with significant control, holding 75 per cent or more of both the shares and the voting rights. The full file is public on the Companies House register.
£5.4 Million In Net Assets: The Latest Accounts
The most recent accounts cover the year to 31 August 2025 and were filed on 16 April 2026. They report net assets of £5,449,730, against £1,489,658 a year earlier. Cash at bank stood at £6,855,140. Debtors were £906,280, investments £600,271 and tangible assets £6,393. Creditors falling due within a year came to £2,916,756, and provisions to £1,598. The share capital is £100, so effectively the whole £5.45 million sits in the profit and loss reserve. The accounts are unaudited, filed under the small-company exemption.
The Year The Numbers Jumped
Three years of filings turn a snapshot into a story. Net assets were £1,393,235 at 31 August 2023, £1,489,658 at 31 August 2024, then £5,449,730 at 31 August 2025. Cash followed the same curve: £1,067,368, then £1,461,123, then £6,855,140. In other words the company roughly stood still for a year and then added almost £4 million of net assets in the twelve months to August 2025. Something in that year was dramatically more profitable than everything before it.
What The Tax Line Quietly Tells You
The most revealing number in the file is not the net assets figure. It is the corporation tax creditor: £1,691,290 owed at 31 August 2025, against £507,730 the year before. Corporation tax is charged on profit, so a bill of that size implies taxable profits in the region of £6.7 million for the year at the 25 per cent main rate. That is an implication drawn from a filed figure rather than a published profit number, because small companies do not have to file a profit and loss account, but it is the closest thing to one that exists.
Maebe: The Clothing Brand, And Its First Real Year
Maebe launched in September 2024. The company behind it, Maebe Holdings Ltd, number 15028798, was actually incorporated on 25 July 2023 under the name MMH Lifestyle Limited and renamed on 25 September 2024. Molly-Mae is its sole director. Crucially, its person with significant control is not her personally but MMH Group Holdings Ltd, which holds 75 per cent or more. The brand sits underneath the main company, which is a conventional and sensible group structure rather than an exotic one.
Maebe’s Accounts: From Minus £115,000 To Plus £653,000
The Maebe accounts to 31 July 2025 are the most interesting filing of the three, because they catch a business in its first full trading year. Net assets went from minus £115,136 to plus £652,973. Stock rose from £163,322 to £897,465 and cash from £64,435 to £826,067. Creditors due within a year reached £794,187, including £488,235 of tax and social security and £159,237 of trade creditors, with a further £349,900 owed to participating interests after more than one year. The average headcount went from one person to five.
The Third Company, And Why It Is Empty
The third entity, Maebe Ltd, number 15176815, is the quiet one. She was appointed a director on 31 August 2024, and its accounts show net assets of £1 against share capital of £1. That is not a hidden fortune, it is a name-holding shell, the sort of company founders register to stop somebody else trading under their brand. Mentioning it matters only because pages that discover three companies tend to imply three fortunes.
Why You Cannot Simply Add Them Up
Here is the trap. MMH Group Holdings reports £5,449,730 of net assets and Maebe Holdings reports £652,973, but adding them to £6.1 million would be sloppy. MMH Group owns at least 75 per cent of Maebe Holdings, and the £600,271 sitting in its investments line plausibly reflects that kind of holding, so part of the smaller company’s value is already counted inside the larger one. A consolidated group figure has not been filed. Honest reporting means showing both and explaining the overlap rather than producing a tidy total.
So What Is Molly-Mae’s Net Worth In 2026?
What is documented is that the company she wholly controls held £5.45 million of net assets and £6.86 million of cash at the end of August 2025, and that a second company she directs added £653,000 of its own. What is not documented is her personal position: her home, her pension, her savings and anything she has drawn out as salary or dividends, all taxed on the way. The reported press figure of around £6 million sits close to the filed corporate numbers, which is probably not a coincidence, but this site will not print a precise personal figure that no document supports.
Where The Money Actually Comes From
Five streams, in rough order of size. Brand partnerships and ambassador deals, of which PrettyLittleThing was the largest. Her own products, first the Filter self-tan range and now Maebe. Television and documentary fees, including Netflix’s At Home with the Furys and her Amazon Prime series. Social and video advertising revenue across Instagram, YouTube and podcasting. And appearance and event fees. Our guides to UK influencers’ net worth and what Instagram creators earn set out the going rates for each.
What The Accounts Still Do Not Show
Three limits, stated plainly. Small-company accounts contain no profit and loss statement, so turnover and profit are not public, only inferable from the tax line. They do not disclose director’s pay or dividends, so how much money she has actually taken out is unknown. And a company balance sheet is not a personal one: the cash at bank belongs to MMH Group Holdings, not to Molly-Mae’s current account. Anyone who converts £5.45 million into a personal net worth has skipped all three problems.
2025 And 2026: Still Building
The documentary Behind It All arrived on Amazon Prime Video in January 2025 and won her a National Television Award in September 2025, with a second season confirmed the following month. She appeared on The Great Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off in March 2026 and was named star baker. She and Tommy Fury announced a split in August 2024 and a reconciliation in May 2025, and their son was born in June 2026. The commercial point is that her audience has stayed attached through all of it, which is the asset the accounts are really measuring.
How This Compares With Other Famous Names
Three articles in this series, three completely different evidence levels. Danniella Westbrook’s finances are almost entirely undocumented: one verified prize of £5,025 and an acknowledged bankruptcy. Susan Calman’s company filed £2.29 million of net assets. Molly-Mae’s filings dwarf both, and she is 27. Fame is not the variable that matters here; incorporation is. The people who set up a company leave a public trail, and the people who do not leave nothing but speculation. See also our guide to the UK’s richest influencers.
Final Thoughts
Strip out the guesswork and the picture is clear enough. A woman who left a television villa in 2019 with no business behind her now controls a company holding £5,449,730 in net assets and £6,855,140 in cash, with a clothing brand underneath it that turned a £115,000 deficit into £653,000 of net assets in a single year, and a tax bill implying profits that most British small businesses never see. None of that is a personal net worth figure, and anybody who gives you one is making it up. The filings are better reading anyway.
Disclaimer: All company figures are taken directly from accounts filed at Companies House by MMH Group Holdings Ltd (12142378) for the years ended 31 August 2023, 2024 and 2025, by Maebe Holdings Ltd (15028798) for the years ended 31 July 2024 and 2025, and by Maebe Ltd (15176815), read on 5 October 2026. These are company figures, not personal wealth, and small-company accounts do not disclose turnover, profit, directors’ pay or dividends. The profit implied by the corporation tax creditor is an estimate based on the 25 per cent main rate, not a filed figure.
