Aravis Taylor is a private person, and there is no reliable public information about her age, parents, job or net worth. Many websites say she is the daughter of Corey Taylor, the singer of Slipknot and Stone Sour. However, credible reports on Corey Taylor’s family name other children and do not mention her, and the birth dates, careers and money figures online contradict each other. This guide sets out what is confirmed, what is not, and why so many pages get it wrong.
| Question | Short answer |
| Who is Aravis Taylor? | A private individual with no verified public profile |
| Is she Corey Taylor’s daughter? | Widely claimed online, but not confirmed by credible sources |
| Is she a Slipknot member? | No. The claim comes from one unreliable page |
| How old is she? | Not publicly confirmed |
| Parents and siblings? | Not reliably confirmed |
| What does she do? | No verified career |
| Net worth? | No reliable figure exists |
| Verified Instagram or other social media? | None found |
Who Is Aravis Taylor?
Aravis Taylor has no official website, no verified social account, no major interview and no news coverage of her own. She has no company filings, film credits or music credits that we could find. In short, she is not a public figure. The name appears mostly on low-quality biography and net worth websites that copy from each other.
Name Mix-Ups to Watch For
The name is shared by several unrelated things, which is one reason search results are so confused.
| Name | Who or what it is |
| Aravis | A fictional heroine in C.S. Lewis’s The Horse and His Boy, part of The Chronicles of Narnia |
| Corey Taylor | The musician whose name appears on most of these pages. His facts are not facts about Aravis |
| Other people named Aravis Taylor | Private individuals listed in online directories. Some pages mix up their details with the claimed daughter |
| “Aravis Taylor” the musician | An unsupported claim on one net worth page |
| Star Martin | A different person that some pages confuse with this name |
Is Aravis Taylor Corey Taylor’s Daughter?
Many websites say yes, but this is not confirmed. Corey Taylor is the frontman of the heavy metal bands Slipknot and Stone Sour, and he also records solo music. His Wikipedia page and interviews covered by music outlets such as Blabbermouth name his children as Angeline, Griffin and Ryan. They do not name Aravis.
Facts about Corey Taylor are facts about him only. They do not prove anything about someone who shares his surname. Until he or she says otherwise in a way that can be checked, the link is an unconfirmed online claim. You can read his documented background on his Wikipedia page.
How Old Is Aravis Taylor?
Her age and date of birth are not publicly confirmed. Different websites give different birth years, and one gives a date that matches Corey Taylor’s own birthday. None has a primary source behind it, so we do not repeat them and we do not work out an age.
Who Are Aravis Taylor’s Parents and Siblings?
Her parents and siblings are not reliably confirmed. Some pages name her mother as Stephanie Luby, others as Scarlett Stone, and some call her a stepdaughter. These claims cannot all be true, and none comes with a source.
Corey Taylor’s documented children are listed below. Do not assume they are her siblings.
| Child named in credible coverage | What is public |
| Angeline | Named in interviews and on Wikipedia. Otherwise private |
| Griffin Parker Taylor | Has a public music career as frontman of the band Vended |
| Ryan | Named in interviews and on Wikipedia. Otherwise private |
| Aravis | Not named in these sources |
The pattern is clear. Family members who chose a public career, like Griffin, have a record of interviews, releases and tours. Those who did not stay private, and that choice should be respected.
What Does Aravis Taylor Do?
No verified job, education or public career has been found. Online pages call her a dancer, a musician, an artist, a student, an investor and even a Slipknot member. Each page invents something different and cites nothing. She is not a member of Slipknot.
Aravis Taylor Net Worth
There is no reliable figure, so we do not give one. No company filing, interview or credible outlet reports her earnings or assets. One page offers a wide range with no method, and another says her net worth is undisclosed before quoting about $10 million, which is an estimate for Corey Taylor, not for her. A parent’s wealth does not belong to an adult child.
Where real figures exist, they come from published business records. Our guides to Rod Stewart’s net worth, Paul Weller’s net worth and 50 Cent’s career and earnings are examples. Our piece on celebrity business ventures shows how real earnings are usually traced.
Is Aravis Taylor on Instagram or Other Social Media?
No verified account has been found on Instagram, TikTok, X or anywhere else. Accounts using her name may belong to other people, so do not treat them as hers. For tips on spotting fake profiles, read our guide on how to stay safe online.

Why Do Websites Give Conflicting Information?
Many people search for this name, but there is almost nothing real to report. When someone publishes nothing about themselves, search demand does not disappear. It gets filled by whoever is willing to invent. The emptier the record, the more room for fiction, and the fictions then copy each other until they look like agreement. The table shows how far the claims differ.
| Topic | What online pages claim | Verified? |
| Birth date | Several different dates and years | No |
| Birthplace | London on one page, nothing on others | No |
| Mother | Stephanie Luby, Scarlett Stone, or stepdaughter | No |
| Career | Dancer, artist, student, investor, Slipknot member | No |
| Net worth | Undisclosed, a wide range, or her father’s figure | No |
| Life events | Dramatic stories with no news record behind them | No |
| Social media | Accounts that may belong to other people | No |

Why Do People Keep Searching for the Children of Rock Stars?
Musicians like Corey Taylor talk about their families in interviews, books and songs, so fans feel they half know the children. But knowing a child exists is not the same as being owed their life story. Searches for private relatives of famous people follow the same pattern across many names, such as Karen Demel and Corrie Bird. For more on how fame stories are built, see our look at celebrity early life stories.
Is Aravis Taylor a Public Figure?
No. Being linked to a famous person online does not make someone a public figure. A public figure has a documented public career, such as music, sport, politics or media. Without that, a detailed profile would only spread unproven personal details about a private person.
What Is Corey Taylor Doing Now?
Most searchers land here because of Corey Taylor, so here is the real news about him. In January 2024 he cancelled a planned North American solo tour, saying his boundaries and mental health had broken down and that a relapse had become a real risk. Music outlets reported that he then chose to cap how much he works. Slipknot co-founder Shawn Crahan said the band’s plan pointed to writing through 2025 and 2026, with studio work to follow. Taylor’s solo touring has resumed on healthier terms, with dates running into 2026 and 2027.
How to Check a Celebrity Biography Page
- Look for a named source, such as an interview, official statement or company record.
- Be wary of exact dates with no proof.
- Compare two or three reliable outlets, not copies of one page.
- Do not accept a parent’s facts, such as wealth, as a child’s facts.
- If a page contradicts itself, leave it out.
- Be careful with accounts that claim to be hers. See our guide on online presence management for how real profiles are usually verified.
What Would Change This Article?
We will update this page if any of the following happens:
- Aravis Taylor gives a verifiable interview or confirms an official website or social account.
- A major outlet independently names and identifies her, rather than repeating biography sites.
- Corey Taylor names her in an interview, book or verified post.
- A company registry, film or music credit database, or other record confirms a public role.
